One of the beautiful lessons I think we've all gleaned from the chaos of 2020 is that we can do so much by and for ourselves. We realize we no longer need a lot of the things we once thought we did. As far as a yoga practice goes, we don't need a fancy studio, expensive props, perfect silence, or fancy yoga pants (or any pants at all!) to do yoga; we can get all the same benefits from committing to a home yoga practice, one that meets you exactly where you are, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
That's what I'm offering through my OM at Home classes on Zoom: a chance for you to make yoga a part of your ritual and routine and gain all the benefits of mindful movement and meditation, without ever having to leave your home!
Looking to practice in person instead of virtually? Join me for Suds & Savasana on Saturday mornings at Low Tide Brewing. Find more details on the calendar below.
Want to join me for class? Here are the simple steps!
1. Choose your class from the list below. Some classes will be offered weekly, while others will pop up here and there, so check back often or follow me on Instagram for the most up-to-date offerings of the day!
2. Sign up and pay to receive your Zoom link. You can purchase a single class, or if you want to pay even less per class, first check out my class package or monthly unlimited options by clicking "View Products/Packages" before you choose your appointment. If you have a coupon code, you'll also need to visit this page first to redeem it.
3. Download Zoom and sign on a few minutes before class starts. That's it!
Yoga benefits us most when we are able to practice regularly. If the cost of yoga classes is prohibitive due to financial difficulties at the moment, please reach out to me at [email protected] to discuss other options for class compensation. Alternatively, if you would like to offer a scholarship for a fellow yogi and send some ripples of kindness out into the world, I would also love to hear from you via e-mail.
