Private yoga instruction can help with all this and more--from the privacy of my serene office studio or the comfort of your own home! If you're visiting Charleston, we can also do your private yoga session on one of our picturesque beaches (availability and pricing may differ for beach sessions, so please e-mail to schedule beach yoga). Scheduling private yoga at the time that works best for you is a great way to fit wellness into your day instead of making yoga just one more item on your already overloaded to-do list—no need to fight traffic to get to a group class where you’ll be one of many.
